On the ground floor there is a lounge / dining room with air conditioning, satellite television, DVD player, comfortable sofas, dining table and chairs and two sets of patio doors which open out to the covered patio and the swimming pool area.
There is a separate fully fitted kitchen with table and chairs, oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and microwave. On this level there is one double bedroom with air conditioning and ensuite bathroom and a cloakroom WC. There are stairs leading to first floor where there are two twin bedrooms with ensuite bathroom (shower) and air conditioning.
Outside there is a BBQ area, a covered terrace with dining table and chairs and a sparkling rectangular shaped swimming pool 8x4m. There is a spacious garden and a car port.
