Downstairs accommodation includes a galleried staircase with seating area overlooking the hallway, a separate fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine microwave, toaster, coffee maker with breakfast bar and stools. Lounge and dining area with comfortable seating, dining table and chairs, satellite television, DVD player and patio doors leading out to the front garden area.
