Local villages (2) are only 3 minutes away by car with the larger towns of Sao Bras de Alportel, Loule, Faro, Golf courses, Beaches, etc within 8 to 25 minutes away. For those that enjoy country walks there is a national park and river close by at Alportel. This property is located on a quiet no through road, has secure gardens and parking and is accessed via electric gates.
Accessibility: The villa is of single story construction with only step between the car parking area and the front door. Within the villa all rooms are accessible to a wheel chair; however there are three steps from the terrace to the pool and three steps from the master bedroom to the pool. We would request that you please contact us prior to any booking to discuss.
Pool: The private south facing pool is a 10 X 5 metres with tiled steps into the pool at the shallow end. The max depth has been reduced to 1.6 metres for safety. Sun beds parasol, green pool table and 4 chairs are also provided. The pool can be accessed directly from the lounge and master bedroom.
Rear Terrace: The south facing rear terrace has an additional table and four chairs with shade provided by a wind down blind . . . and a view to die for.
Front BBQ Area: This area is provided with natural shade from the villa and garden trees, it also has an additional roller blind. This area overlooks the landscaped gardens and paths and additional shaded seating areas...a very tranquil place.
There are numerous high quality beaches near the villa; the nearest quality beach is at Faro (about 18km) a map showing the best beaches is provided at the villa.
There are a number of excellent golf courses to suit all abilities all within 30 mins of the Villa, full details are provided in the villa.
