The modern, well equipped kitchen has an integrated dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric hob and breakfast bar with seating for four people. The first of the two spacious bedrooms has twin beds, fitted wardrobes French doors leading on to the pool and Air-Conditioning. Shower room with WC, bidet and mounted hairdryer. The Master bedroom has a King size bed, fully fitted wardrobes (fitted with a safety deposit box) Air-Conditioning and French doors leading to the pool terrace. The spacious en-suite bathroom has a large corner bath and separate shower. Large covered terrace at the front of the villa with L shaped pool (6m x 9m, 1.2 to 1.8m deep) which has roman steps leading in at the shallow end. Barbecue area with sink. Roof terrace with distant sea views is accessed via external staircase
