Fantastic villa
Just home yesterday after two weeks in sunset villa I don't think I would have enough space to let you know what I think of the villa but all I can say is your missing out if you don't give it a try .We went with our family nine of us in total. From ourselves in our late sixty's to our nine year old grandson everyone had a fantastic holiday .The villa would be perfect for family's or three or four couples soo much space you would always have your own privacy .Only a ten minute walk to centre of village but you won't want to leave it.As I said I could talk all day about the villa but I recommend you try it for yourself unbelievable

This beautiful villa is isolated, being the last one in cul-de-sac, where you can stay peacefully & with complete privacy. It is a recently built villa, large, well-equipped and modern. The villa’s spacious balconies offer beautiful sea views. Within a short distance to Alvor town and Lagos city and some stunning mountains. There are 3 bedrooms, all with air conditioning and with built in wardrobes, wich sleeps 8 people and 3 bathrooms in the villa.
Large lounge/dinning room , with air conditioning, fire place, flat wide screen tv, DVD and cable TV. The diining room has a large table that sits 10 people. This area has 3 large glass sliding doors, leading to a huge varanda/balcony facing south and west onto Lagos city. It also overlooks the pool.
The kitchen has granite tops and is fully equiped. It has a large american type fridge/freezer with water and ice dispenser, and other Simmens appliances such as electric hob/cooking plate, oven and dishwasher. A microwave, elect ketle, toaster, coffe machine are also available. A steam iron and ironing board are also in the kitchen. The washing machine is in a separate utility room.
Level with the pool there a large enclosed area with table and chairs. A number of pool loungers are suplied.

No pets are allowed
No noise is permited after 10 p.m., as per local laws.
Suitability
Not suitable for peolple with disabilities, as the villa has 3 floors.
The pool is not fenced, so guests with children have to be extra carefull.
