The villa is set on a 3200 sq. meter fenced property with private security gates that open to a curved driveway, lined with cypress trees and exotic palms. The outside grounds are mainly grass lined and blend with an alluring pool, designed with a coconut tree island and a gradual inclination from 0 to 2 meters in depth, perfect for the little ones. It also offers a spacious Jacuzzi that can seat up to 8 adults.
The villa consists of four air-conditioned bedrooms with en suit facilities and walk in dressing rooms in which one of the double bedrooms has a mezzanine floor with two additional twin beds. The spacious living room has a 50 inch plasma TV and a PS3 (bring your own games), an exercise room to keep you in shape and a pool table that overlooks the golf course. The north wing consists of a state of the art kitchen that looks down upon the kitchen dining area with its own ledTV. The appliances are Siemens and Miele and an American G&E fridge, all set to facilitate your daily cooking pleasures. Just a step outside is a large barbecue area which seats up to ten adults, covered by a beautiful canopy.
The villa also has its own laundry area, bath and beach towels are included. Maid service during the beginning, middle and the end of your stay, but more can be arranged for a fee if necessary.
