The building stands in its own gardens with exotic fruit trees, apple, fig, apricot and orange, large shared barbeque, communal swimming pool and secure off road parking. All apartments have front as well as back terraces that help you enjoy the sun all day long.
Jacaranda has its own unique character, large double bedroom, large bathroom with corner bath/shower, toilet, bidee and his and hers wash basins. The lounge area is very relaxing with comfortable seating and large flat TV screen , this opens onto the dining area which is adjacent to the kitchen which is fully equipped with all modern appliances including fridge/freezer, oven, micro wave, toaster, electric kettle etc
Jacaranda is ideal for a couple, but being spacious can easily accommodate 1 other person or child for whom a single bed can be place either in the lounge or bedroom.
