Quinta Velha stands in its own gardens with fruit trees, apple, fig, apricot and orange, large shared barbeque, communal swimming pool and secure off road parking. All apartments have front as well as back terraces that allow you to enjoy the sun all day long.
Girassol, 2 Bedrooms, Sleeps 5, 1 Bathroom is suitable for visitors with impaired mobility including wheelchair users, as the apartment is all on one level, has no steps, wide doors and a wet shower with wall mounted support bars. Several aids like bed blocks etc are available free of charge.
This elegant holiday home has unique character. It has local Santa Catarina floor tiles and high ceilings. There are two bedrooms that provide ample space to relax. One has a double bed with 2 bedside tables with lamps on each side, a dressing table with wall mirror and chair and a hanging wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds. There is a full bathroom with shower and toilet. The lounge area is very relaxing with a number of facilities, such as an easy chair, 3 seater sofa and a big screen 42” LCD TV. The kitchen is fully furnished with oven, micro wave oven, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, juicer etc..
