It is only a short distance of 700 metres from the beach and a 10 minute walk, or quick drive, into the centre of Alvor with it's vibrant, cobbled streets packed with restaurants and bars to suit everyone's taste and budget.
The villa is on two floors with the master bedroom on the lower floor. The master bedroom is a large room with fitted wardrobes, a full bathroom ensuite and access to the outside terrace area. The kitchen is also on this floor and is a large, bright and airy kitchen fitted with all the mod cons ncessary to make your holiday as stress free as possible. The spacious living room is fitted with two comfortable sofas, a TV with a DVD player and satellite TV.
Off the living room is a large terrace and gardens as well as a small swimming pool.
On this lower level is another room, next door to the kitchen, which has been equipped with a sofa bed which can sleep 2 adults. As the downstairs bathroom is just next door to this room this villa in fact can sleep 8 people comfortably.
Up stairs there are another two bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes. One is fitted with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both sharing a full bathroom with a double sink in between the two rooms.
On this upper level there is also a large roof terrace with sun beds and a sea view.
For those who love to eat outdoors the BBQ area is a real treat with a built in BBQ as well as an outdoor wood burning oven. There are tables and chairs so eating al fresco is a must.
The owners have recently purchased a table tennis table to help entertain the young and not so young!
This villa is ideal for families or even couples who want a holiday close to the beach and amenities but to where they can also escape to the privacy of a comfortable and spacious villa.
Alto Golf is only 1.5 kms away and so it is also an ideal setting for those golf enthusiasts. The villa has been tastefully decorated and offers you a home away from home. A small mini market, a couple of minutes walk down the road, also means you don't have far to go for those essentials, while larger hypermarkets are a short drive away.
