Luxury, double-glazed, elevated apartment, on the famous Alto Golf & Country Club, facing a delightful water garden, with views of twinkling lights and lovely sunsets over the bay of Lagos, and not overlooked. The 2 bedrooms, are carpeted, and each has twin beds, is well furnished and comfortable with plenty of storage space. The master bedroom, has a TV and patio doors. The sitting room has 2 sprung sofas, air-conditioning, a log-burning stove, Sky TV, video, CD and DVD players, books & games.The dining area seats 6.The balcony is accessed from both the master bedroom & sitting room is furnished to seat 6 people, and has 2 sprung sun-loungers with mattresses & lighting.The kitchen features hand-painted tiles marble worktops & floor and is very well equipped, including, full size cooker, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washer/dryer, microwave, food mixer & processor with ample china, cutlery & utensils. The two bathrooms (one en-suite) are both fully equipped & have marble topped vanities. Additional information about rental rates: A 20% deposit will be required upon booking, with the balance payable 8 weeks before departure. A £200.00. security deposit, will also be required, this will be refundable after final cleaning & satisfactory checking.Except for low season, prices include weekly cleaning & linen change and after-departure cleaning. Extra maid services may be arranged at an additional cost. Cleaning & laundry charges for Low season & long stay bookings to be agreed as any booking over 4 weeks will attract a discount. Changeover day is normally Saturday, but in order for guests to benefit from cheaper air fares, there can be a degree of flexibility. Bookings across different periods, will be charged pro-rata. Electricity & water are metered and will be charged, as consumed. A refundable key deposit will be required by the reception upon arrival. Discounts will be given for early bookings, last-minute bookings & returning guests.
