It boasts spacious living areas in the form of two reception rooms, one of which is open plan to a modern, fully equipped kitchen. The fixtures and fittings are luxurious throughout and includes many extra features. These consist of two flat screen LCD TVs (freeview in built) with Sky box, a DVD player plus DVD's, two iPod docking stations, Wi-Fi, a bar football table, a table tennis table (bats and balls provided), four bikes plus helmets, a basket ball net, board games, books and magazines, plus a synthetic putting green (putters and golf balls provided). There are safes installed in two of the bedrooms to ensure that all you valuables are secure. Three of the bedrooms have their own en-suites and the fourth bedroom has easy access to an adjacent bathroom. The upstairs master bedroom has access via sliding doors to a large terrace with dining table and chairs. The other three bedrooms are located downstairs and are therefore easily accessible from the villa’s main living areas. Evening meals can be cooked on the charcoal barbecue and enjoyed on the pergola covered terrace with bar overlooking the illuminated infinity pool.
