Secure parking with Electric gates. All rooms have double-glazing, fly screens, security shutters, air conditioning and under floor heating.
There are 2 security safes installed. The kitchen is fully equipped with, American fridge, microwave, oven/grill, juicer, coffee perculator, and dishwasher with washing machine and dryer in separate area. The large comfortable lounge has a Pool table, flat screen TV, DVD, video and stereo, wireless unlimited download mobile internet. Bring own Sky Card please if you want UK programs!
The HEATED swimming pool 12m x 6m (1.8m deep end) has an integral Jacuzzi, pool cover, pool shower and built in BBQ area with outside fridge & sink, timber pergola, water feature and sun loungers etc. (Pool Heating charged on gas meter, A/C, & u/floor Heating, maid service, costs extra).
All linen, bath towels, etc included. Pet friendly.
