Five minute walk to beach and 2 minutes to the famous Strip with bars, restaurants and shops. Half hour walk or a short taxi ride to the Old Town. Trips to waterparks, Zoomarine, shopping trips, boat trips, fishing trips etc. can all be booked locally. Everything is on your doorstep, even a newsagent and taxi rank within 200m. ...
The villa is set in a quiet complex of 59 villas and the entrance to the complex is manned 24 hours in high season and all night for the rest of the year. Both bedrooms have ample storage, each having a double wardrobe and two sets of drawer. One bedroom has a double bed and fold away single bed and the other has a kingsize bed. The living area has a corner sofa, occasional tables, large flat screen Tv with Sky Freeview, many Portuguese channels and other English speaking channels. Dvd, Cd, cassette player and radio. Free Wifi. The dining area can seat up to 6 people comfortably. The kitchen is equipped with all crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, pots & pans, full cooker, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. The bathroom has a shower, shaver socket and hairdryer.
The outside consists of two terraced areas bordered by plants and pots. Facilities consist of a swimming pool, BBQ, 4 sun loungers, plenty of occasional seating and tables to suit all occasions a fixed awning and free standing umbrella for shade. There is plenty of space for parking, although everything is on your doorstep, so a car is not essential.
Travel cot, high chair, baby bouncer can be supplied if required. For winter rentals there are panel heaters in every room and a wood burning stove in the living area.
