The ground floor comprises a kitchen, a toilet and a dining room and living together. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room and dining room is a solarium with running door window to the garden green. The dining room has a dining table with six chairs. In the living room area has two sofas that can accommodate three people each. Going to the first floor there are two bedrooms. What is present to our right has a couple bed and a wonderful view of the pool, and a partial view of the sea. In the hall of the first floor has a bathroom with a tub. The second bedroom has a private bathroom with polivan square and has a double bed. In the third bedroom which is on the third floor, an attic has built with two single beds and a couple bed. This last bedroom although built in the attic has natural daylight since it has a velux window.
