This fully air-conditioned house has lots of character and has been designed to maximise the light with its modern and contemporary decor throughout. The entrance hall leads into a very spacious and charming sitting room with large comfy sofas and armchairs, large screen TV, and patio doors leading out onto the terrace area, pool and garden. In the lounge there is a DVD with a selection of DVD’s, Play Station 2, and games as well as internet access. The dining area with contemporary dining table and chairs for 6 is located of the fully modern kitchen for easy access. There is also access from the kitchen to the outside BBQ area with table and chairs perfect for dining alfresco on hot summer evenings ! On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms, both with ensuites with walk in showers. The first floor features a master bedroom with en suite bathroom with bath and shower over tub, one twin bedroom with en suite bathroom, and both sharing a large balcony area with views over the pool area and golf course. There is a smaller twin bedroom located on the 1st floor and this is recommended for children. There is a WC also located on the ground floor. Outside there is a large swimming pool with a dining terrace and BBQ. There are sun beds and parasols around the pool area for relaxing and taking in the rays! This Villa can offer the best of both worlds, excellent quality accommodation in a private residential area, near a golf course and yet only 5 mins drive to the Praia D’Oura Beach, and very popular resort of Montechoros and Albufeira with its great restaurants and bars.
