Due to its unique nature environment and wildlife, real estate development along this coastline is very restricted, as most of the area is protected. The villa is located in the village of Brescos, next to the Santo Andre Lagoon, a birdwatching reserve, where several species can be observed all year round. Walking distance to the villa (800 metres) guests will find a belvedere to enjoy the panorama, and the beach is 2km away, so also within walking distance.
From the entrance hall, guests are led to the vast living areas, which are decorated with rare pieces of furniture from South America, contributing to a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Just off in a separate area, the beautiful dining table seats easily 12. Next to the living room, the kitchen is very ample (and has its own breakfast table), and fully equipped. Both the living room and the kitchen open onto the private garden. Entertainment is provided by the TV set with cable and international channels, free wireless internet access and a hifi stereo system.
Outside, there is a massive 11*6m private swimming pool, and garden furniture for added comfort, such as four deckchairs. There is also an outdoor dining table for twelve, next to a fully equipped barbecue station, the perfect spot to enjoy “al-fresco” meals.
On the first floor, guests will find two large suites, each with its full en-suite bathroom (one of which has a Jacuzzi tub). One of the bedrooms has a large double bed, the other has two single beds. Both bedrooms open onto a sunny terrace, which boasts pleasant green views of the surroundings.
The two other bedrooms are located on the ground floor: one has a large double bed, the other has two single beds. These bedrooms share a third full bathroom. In order to accommodate parties of up to 12 people, there are two put-up beds in the twin bedrooms, and one double sofa bed in the living room.
Guests will enjoy the splendid Alentejo Coast and its relaxed environment: stunning beaches, a warm welcome, great food and wine, and plenty to do from birdwatching to surfing and golf.
