Located on Serra de Grândola the house is surrounded by cork and olive trees and it is really a country house involved in quietness and tranquility. The fabulous Alentejo´s Atlantic Coast, with its white sand beaches, stands just 30 minutes away (by car).
The house has a whole of 6 spacious rooms, 5 bathrooms, and a large living room (with kitchen), with wide doors and windows opening to the outside. The living room overlooks the biological pool – that is protected by a fence for kids ‘safety.
There are two porches calling for spring lunches, evening summer drinks or maybe a board game. A pair of hammocks lives in the nearby trees.
In this house everything is simple and easy.
Inside the property there is also a football pitch, a tennis court and a trampoline (equipped with a safety net).
The beauty of the landscape and the local flora and fauna justify a walking tour. There is a wide range of birds to observe and listen to. The unpolluted darkness of the night sky makes this the perfect spot for astronomy lovers.
Outside the property, the hills provide numerous all terrain bike trails, for extreme sports lovers or simpler paths for calmer rides.
