Departamento muy cómodo y práctico (tiendas, farmacia, mercado, restaurantes y tránsito todo dentro de los cien metros), seguridad del edificio muy cordial y buena. La zona es tranquila y segura. Lo reconmendarÃamos a familiares y amistades. RegresarÃamos en una próxima opurtunidad.

New fully furnished and equipped apartment in Miraflores (one of the best tourist districts in Lima); ideal for tourists, business or families. Building with 24 hour security. Steps away from “Malecon de la Marina” and Maria Reiche Park, with beautiful gardens, playgrounds and a walking path to the Costa Verde beaches with a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean. You will be staying in one of the best gastronomic areas of Lima, with famous restaurants where you will find the best Peruvian food.
The building has 24 hours security and video surveillance throughout the building facilities. We offer a private van service (to and from the airport) for an additional fee. You can also request private transportation to visit all of the tourist attractions in your itinerary, as well as other excursions in Lima. Even though check-out time is at 11:00hrs, our guests are able to keep their luggage in a locked storage room inside the building without any cost.
About The Area
This apartment is on the second floor of a modern and new building and it is close to tourist areas, parks with bicycle paths, mini gyms and sports fields; very good restaurants, banks with ATM, grocery stores, pharmacies and other convenient business within walking distance. Also, if you like adventure, you can try paragliding near by. Free Wi-Fi , cable TV and a landline phone for local calls.
There are several business within walking distance at your disposal. You will find stores, surf shops, markets, banks, and the best restaurants from Miraflores like Pescados Capitales, Restaurant El Mercado and La Panka. Also, you are steps away from ‘El pan de la Chola’ a famous bakery, where you will find all kind of tasty breads and pastries.
