The living area has a comfortable sitting corner with a flat screen television and a DVD player. The open kitchen is modern and has all the equipment to cook a delicious meal for the rest of the family. You can even make a hot, strong cup of coffee or a cup of tea and drink it at the dining table.

Therefore it is less suitable for small children, elderly or handicapped people or large suitcases. The apartment is also located in one of the most vibrant night-life centers of Amsterdam, there will be an increased level of sound from the surrounding area in the evenings.
