The LR also has a newly added Sleeper Ottoman to the large wraparound couch, and a mini-split AC/Heater was just added to keep it cool in the summer and warm in the Winter. New kitchen Micro and Dishwasher added late 2015. This Unit is a well appointed and furnished Penthouse and it has its own Private Balcony with automatic LED Lighting in the BBQ BAR area that seats 10 plus at the bar, complete with a refrigerator and sink and the breathtaking OCEAN VIEWS- It seats another 30 -40 plus at other areas of the patio on a variety of 5 couches and many lounge chairs, you will never be crowded!. Oh and it also has a gas fire pit seating area for those romantic cooler evenings.
