The master bedroom has a king size bed, ample closet space with organizers, AC with temperature control. There is a large private ensuite bathroom which two people can easily share. The master bedroom also has a locking safe to store away your valuables.
The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, very large closet with organizer, separate AC with temperature control and an ensuite bathroom.
The contemporary kitchen is open and spacious overlooking the dining room and living room. It has brand new stainless steel appliances, granite counters and a double sink.
The living room has a pull out sofa for extra sleeping space, 47" TV and sliding doors giving access to the lower terrace.
Enjoy morning coffee on the very private and sheltered lower terrace. Later in the day you will find yourself upstairs on the upper terrace enjoying the afternoon sun in the lounge chairs. There is plenty of room and seating to have a large dinner party or relax in the jetted tub and gaze at the stars. Your options are endless.
For your comfort and convenience, an elevator is available within the complex.

50% of payment due on booking. Remainder of balance due 30 days prior to arrival. A security deposit is charged to the credit card and refunded with two weeks of check out and upon inspection of premises for damage or missing items. Refundable Security Deposit - USD500.
Cancellation within 60 days of booked date will be charged 50% of rental fee. Cancellations within 30 days of booked date will be subject to full charge of rental. Guest security deposit will be refunded. There is a 3% handlilng credit card charge for all cancelled reservations.
