The granite countertop of the breakfast bar opens the room to the dining area and comfy large sofa of the living room. There is is a large flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure offering movies, drama, documentaries and more. The sliding glass doors open to the balcony, dining el fresco surrounded by the Mayan jungle! Just off the kitchen is the utility room with washer and dryer.
The Master Bedroom, with full size bed, has plenty of storage space, top of the line linen and a well-appointed en-suite. Through the sliding glass doors you have access to the balcony. The Guest Bedroom also boasts a large bed and en-suite
There is an elevator located within the building for your convenience and complimentary parking spot is located just outside CHI building. (a rental vehicle is highly recommended for you to explore the many cultural sites, beaches, and local restaurants)
There is FREE WIFI access located just minutes away at the TAO Wellness Center.
Within the community, there is an infinity pool with chaises, as well as chairs and tables by the community barbecue area. Cancellation within 60 days of booked date will be charged 50% of rental fee. Cancellations within 30 days of booked date will be subject to full charge of rental. Guest security deposit will be refunded. There is a 3% handlilng credit card charge for all cancelled reservations.
