Rentals are offered to a limited number of family groups per year when John Giovanni is not in residence and occupancy is by invitation only after answering a short questionarre. This is a quiet luxury villa neighborhood and as such, we only lease the entire estate to a single party as zoned. We do not rent for bachelor parties or other similiar purposes.
Cozumel is small carribean island about a 20 minute ferry ride from Playa Del Carmen, Mexico. It is very safe. The local people are righfully very proud of it, keep it very clean and are amoung some of the owners best friends.
Up to 13 cruise ships visit this remarkably beautiful island because there are so many things to see and do.
There is a busy town on one side with over 300 restaurants and an untouched side just 15 minute drive away with miles of virgin beaches and fabulous tiki bars.
