The main house consists of 3 ocean facing bedrooms with a queen size bed and an a full ensuite bathroom each. The living/dining room also faces the beautiful Caribbean Sea. This large room is connected to the kitchen and has a 1/2 batroom for guests. There is also a small swimming pool, a large deck under the palm trees for reading and relaxing in the shade, a beach palapa (thatched hut) by the beach and a large roof terrace offering 360º panoramic views of the sea, beach and jungle. Additionally, there is a bungalow on the property by the sind of the road that consists of 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, a shared bathroom and a peaceful patio in front of it. The hose is fully staffed year around.
Tulum, aproximately 79 miles south from Cancun international airport is World famous for its beautiful sandy beaches, pristine claer blue water and the Maya Pyramids both in Tulum and its vicinity. One can simply relax by the beach or engage in any of the available activities such as swimming in one of the many beautiful cenotes , visit the lagoon in the ecological reserve, bicycling or kite surfing. For those interested in the history of the area, there are several archeological sites nearby including the Tulum Pyramids, unique because of their proximity to the sea, Coba about one hour away or Chicheniza which is further away and a much larger prehispanic city. There are also some small towns that are worth a visit, such as the colonial town of Valladolid, etc.. For those seeking more challenging excitement there are pleny of caves to explore with the proper instruction and diving gear, though this is not for the faint of heart. The town of Tulum and the beach have a variety of restaurants to cater to the most discerning tastes and offering a diverse sample of international cuisine and local dishes.
The house is to be occupied only by the people named in the contract of the renting party. This is a house that was conceived by the owner as a place to relax and appreciate the beauty of the area. It is NOT a party house. There is no house sharing, swaping, subletting or parties. Illegal activities of any kind are strictly forbidden and not condoned by the owner and it's agents. By local regulations, open bon fires or fires of any kind are strictly forbidden. No pets and no smoking. No alterations or changes allowed. Our guests are to be corteous and respectful to staff and neighbours.
While children are welcome, they must be supervised by a responsible adult from the guest group. There is a pool with no lifeguard and open acces to the beach. Due to the slope of the terrain, there are no ramps, but rather a sand around the property which would maked wheelchair access difficult.
