Minimum StayVery comfortable, home away from home. Lovely💕 I stayed during the month of May and loved this lovely home. The place was very very clean, comfortable and very safe. I came alone and not for one min did I feel not safe. The Location is great, walking distance to everything; the town, the beaches and restaurants. I would go back and stay even longer. Nancy, the house manager a wonderful lady and she was available anytime if I needed her for suggestions diring my stay in Sayulita. I would recommend this home to all my friends and family. Great location, well stocked
Just returned from 2 weeks at Casa Encantata. We loved being with the locals, their dogs, chickens and horses. Yoli does a great job of keeping the house clean and the gardens are well kept. Conveniently located between the main beach and Playa Los Muertos away from the noise of the main square. Nancy and Herasamo answered our emails quickly.

Gotta love that Sayulita Life
We only stayed for 4 days but they were amazing.... plenty of towels and amenities. Having the washer and dryer was a god send for drying damp clothes!!! The palapa upstairs was so relaxing complete with hammock. The wifi worked great. The location was perfect... a nice little walk from town to walk off all the amazing meals we ate as well as a beautiful 10 minute hike up the road to Playa Los Muertos!!! Thank you so much !!!

In addition to above, has full kitchen, TV with DVD player and library, WiFi, A/C downstairs, washing machine and dryer, clothes line, 2 fountains, outside shower. Palapa (palm frond) roof, rustic wood railing, bamboo wall, hammock, and beautiful parota (wood) bar ( with nearby beverage refrigerator) give upstairs a Swiss Family Robinson ambiance. Garden has BBQ and small iron table and chairs. House secluded from road and neighbors by tree and lovely flowering vines that attract a variety of birds. Again, we remodeled this property to be our home and lived here for nine years before family and health issues required we return to the States. We miss it. Sayulita is a very friendly community, a mix of Mexican natives and ex-pats. Two double beds -- one upstairs, one down -- plus two blowup mattresses allow comfortable sleeping for six.
