Completed in 2008, this condominium offers the utmost in luxury and comfort. This is where the stars hang out when they want some privacy! Amenities include a private beach and club reserved exclusively for guests of Hacienda de Mita, multiple pools and hot tubs, a children's playground, as well as access to the the Resort Residents and the St. Regis Beach Clubs, the Pacifico Golf Course, Tennis Center, Kids Club, shops and fabulous Four Seasons, St. Regis and Sufi restaurants.
Other Amenities: Guests of Hacienda de Mita are provided secure access to restaurant row in El Anclote. Guest privileges at the Four Seasons Punta Mita Pacifico Golf Course; access to the Punta Mita Residents & St. Regis Beach Clubs (in addition to the private Hacienda de Mita beach club), Tennis Club, Kids Club, shops and restaurants; gated access with 24 hour security guards; surf-breaks in front of condo. Wheelchair Accessible: There is level access from the garage level to the elevator, as our assigned parking spaces are located right in front of the elevator lobby. The distance from the elevator door to the front door of the condo is just a few feet. Further, there are wheelchair ramps throughout Hacienda de Mita allowing wheelchair access to the beach club as well as restaurant row in the town in El Anclote.
