Minimum StayFantastic Condo, Gorgeous Beach, Delightful town!!
We thought this top-floor oceanside unit was the best one in building! It had a wonderful deck looking out over the beach and activities. Comfortable and clean inside. Building seemed very new and was high quality materials thru-out, with elevator nice at end of busy days. Lovely small complex, quiet and secure, with easy walking access or bus ride to many restaurants, shops and activities. This was an extended family trip with 19 members and the owner, Robi, had been so helpful to assist us in finding four more units in this wonderful building. The housekeeper was charming and provided much local information. Transportation from Puerto Vallarta was easy and well worth it. Overall, we had an enjoyable experience in these smaller coastal towns, finding even the medical clinic very modern and accessible. We'd love to visit again!

A Slice Of Paradise
Our vacation in Guayabitos rates as one on the most relaxing getaways we have had in years. The condo was exactly as described. Very comfortable, and with an amazing view of the beach and surrounding area. After our morning walk to the local coffee shop (excellent by the way), it was a nice touch to be able to cool off in the pool before setting up on the beach. Lots of vendors on the beach selling everything from blankets to fish, but not pushy at all. We got to know a number of them over our 2 weeks stay. In addition, we met other Owners from the condo complex and were made to feel right at home immediately. Happy hour with Dan and Robi was also a treat. Best Margaritas ever!! Excellent food everywhere, and don't be afraid to try the food from the street vendors. Delicious. The bottom line is if you want a very relaxing vacation with all of the comforts of home, this is the place to stay. Next time, hopefully a little longer.

We discovered Rincon de Guayabitos five years ago after staying in PVR for 15 years prior. We love the small village town and the great ambience it offers. Many shops and restaurants to choose from in town, as well as near by little towns. Robi and Dan are very gracious hosts. Their condo is very nice and has a great view of the ocean, which is just a few steps away. The beds are very comfortable, which makes a big difference for us in choosing a place to stay. It is clean and the building itself is very well maintained (only 5 floors with 3 units per floor) - never noisy. We really ejoy our stays.

We had the most glorious
We had the most glorious month of November, 2009, at this condo. It is everything that the description mentions, plus more. We especially loved the locals. They were so friendly, kind and family oriented. It was a delight to be part of their environment. Besides the owners of this condo, who were very helpful and nice, we met several other owners who made us feel very welcome. We enjoyed every minute of our 4 week holiday, and would love to return.

Canadian owned newly upgraded kitchen and bathrooms on the finest part of the Beach in Guayabitos. The two bedrooms features king size beds with large mirrored closets. Flat screen TV's. Each bathroom is fully tiled and feature full size glass block showers.
In the living area the lovely wicker and rattan furniture accent the beautiful fully equipped kitchen. Stainless steel appliances, full gas stove with oven, microwave and full size fridge are accented by the black granite counter tops. Through sliding patio doors from the living/kitchen is a fabulous terazza overlooking the ocean.
The top floor vacation rental is served by an elevator. On the lower floor is an infinity edge pool surrounded by garden area,BBQ's and stylish pool furniture. With only 15 suites in the whole complex you certainly get a feeling of luxury, elegance and privacy.. This is truly a DREAM VACATION SPOT. See us at Sunset Casa and check out listing 254298. Guayabitos is a wonderful beach town with all the amenities within walking distance from the condo (groceries, liquor stores, ice cream parlours, internet cafes, coffee shops and excellent moderately priced restaurants. It has often been referred to as the quiet side of paradise, The beach is long and very friendly with lots of places to stop for an afternoon cerveza. Vendors sell fresh fish and prawns in the morning so you can shop for your dinner early then laze on the beach or around the pool to fill in the rest of the day.
