The home features 3 large bedroom suites with air conditioning and private baths. All bedrooms have ocean views. A second floor balcony runs the width of the house and may be accessed from the two upper bedrooms and the media room which divides the two bedrooms. The house sleeps 8-9. One bedroom has 2 queen beds, while the other two have king beds. There is a one-person futon in the media room.
There is a living room on the first floor and an open, balcony “media” room on the second floor. Both have televisions and seating areas. The third floor is a large terrace, perfect for watching the sunrise over the ocean and the sunset over the mangroves.
The main living space is made up of living room, dining room, kitchen, entrance, and guest bath. The fully equipped kitchen has a washer and dryer located in a small laundry room just off the kitchen
Area Information: Because of the Villa’s location and design, guests have all the conveniences of a central location with the privacy and tranquility of private estate. Villa Encantamar is located just north of the charming fishing village of Puerto Morelos. This small town is a short 25 minute drive south from the Cancun airport. In addition, it lies only 25 minutes north of the popular tourist town of Playa del Carmen. Puerto Morelos offers a nice relaxing setting, away from the crowds but close enough for convenient access to the entertainment and attractions of the Riviera Maya. The town of Puerto Morelos has many good restaurants, a grocery store, ATM, English language bookstore, internet cafes, fresh fish market, snorkeling and boating tours. The community is a mix of locals and foreigners.
