Minimum StayGreat and nicely decorated, quiet little hidaway!
Great little condo at a perfect location, very close to all the hustle and bustle of Quinta Avenida and only a few minutes walk from the beach but surprisingly quiet. It's not very big but has all the conveniences to enjoy a comfortable stay if your staying there by yourself like I was or as a couple. The bedroom has plenty of closet space and the bed is very comfortable and it has a nice little bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped and everything is there to prepare a nice meal although I didn't even use half of the stuff that was there. Another plus is that it had a very good and strong wifi internet connection and cable tv with lots of English-speaking channels. The balcony is tiny but you can open up the doors completely to let in some breeze and wake up in the morning to the singing of the birds that are hiding in the trees behind the building. The other tenants in the building seemed very nice as well and the communal pool in front of the building is very refreshing. I had a great time staying here and enjoyed the proximity of all the good things Playa has to offer. Also there is a great coffee-place right on the corner outside the building! Great place to stay which I would recommend to anyone who isn't looking for a large condo with multiple bedrooms.

Cute one bedroom condo, perfect for a person traveling by herself or a couple. The has a bedroom with a queen bed and built in closets. The full bathroom is modern and renovated. The living room has a futon that can double as a bed. There's an open kitchen, fully equipped to prepare meals. The condo has wireless internet, cable TV with Spanish and English channels. There's a washer and dryer for your convenience.
