Minimum StayWONDERFUL PRIVATE HOME IN CANCUN
My ?Family from Merida and Chicago? spent a lot of time looking for a place to ?organize our Vacation and we ? ?were? glad that we chose ?San Geronimo?, it was perfect. ?We wanted to stay in a private Home rather than a Hotel or All Inklusive Prison , Timeshare or Condo with of Tourists fighting over loungechairs on the beach. We wanted to "FEEL" how it is the "LIVE" in Cancun like a Local,...in a nice, private and safe neighbourhood.Kids from our Family even made friends with some of the neighbours kids...that surprisingly spoke english,too! ?The German ?owner is quick to respond and with all the Tipps and help provided months before and during our stay. he ??made? our stay very ?enjoyable. ? we actually didnt wanted to leave. Thanks Mattias for all your help assistance. The ?house ?is clean, nicely decorated and has all ?appliances ?you need . We enjoyed the Pool and felt very safe since san Geronimo is a upscale gated Community with 2 Parks ,BBQ Areas, Playgrounds for Kids, Security at the Main Entrance and a 24 hour Convenience store located as well at the Main entrance,..just 1 Minute from our house. We can recommend it and will return again!

VERY NICE ALMOST NEW HOME
This house in Cancun is almost new and very nice. We stood with our family there for enjoyed the time there. It was very clean and we had an maid service. We would book that place again and were satisfied for what we have gotten for our money.

SAFE PRIVATE CLEAN AND SPACIOUS WE LOVED OUR STAY
We spent a wonderful Easter Vacation here. Our Family came from Portland, Veracruz and Monterrey. The House was larger than expected and well equipped. We were able to BBq in the Park next to the house , and enjoyed the Pool. Walmart, Restaurants , Banks are just a few Minutes away. Beaches of Cancun , Mayan Ruins and Nightlife all just Minutes away. Great Location, Great House and Great and helpful Owner that assisted before our arrival and during our stay. The Housemaid cleaned several times during our stay, and even prepared a meal for us. We had a very pleasant Experience here, none that we could compare to a Hotel. We will be back!

FANTASTIC AND SAFE CANCUN CONDO
First of all, we need to remark how wonderful Mattias was to us. In addition to picking us up at the airport, giving us a mini tour of venues near the condo, and personal to his lovely place......he returned the next day early in the morning during a heavy rain to find us waiting at the bus stop to go to our first tour. He knew buses would hardly run on Xmas so he came in the cute red BUG and took us to our destination. That sure not expected. How kind of him! The unit was exactly as described....very clean and homey. We liked the security of the unit as well as the quietness. Felt at home. He even stocked some extra food in the kitchen for us. The condo décor was a blend of two cultures which we enjoyed. If I go back to Cancun, I would absolutely stay again and I highly recommend to others!!! Hotels are not the same. Mattias connected us with a pleasant and helpful taxi driver who assisted us with going on public buses, too. Definitely 5 ******

La atención fue muy buena, las condiciones de la casa en perfectas condiciones, el servicio personal de los dueños y persona del aseo muy puntual y respetuoso, la casa esta muy comoda y con todo funcional, recomendable para familias grandes, la alberca limpia y segura, el personal de vigilancia atento y el fraccionamiento muy tranquilo!

TOLLER URLAUB IN CANCUN, WIR KOMMEN WIEDER
Wir haben 2 super Wochen in dem Ferienhaus San Geronimo genossen. Es war sauber, sicher und hatte unheimlich viel Platz fuer unsere Familie. In der Wohnanlage koennten unsere Kínder sogar Freundschaften mit anderen Nachbarskinder schliessen,..die immer auf der Spielstrasse, am Pool oder in einen der 2 Parks gespielt haben. Die Hausangestellte war fast jeden Tag im Haus und hat saubergemacht oder uns mit Mexikanischen Essen bekanntgemacht oder sogar Wäsche gegen ein Trinkgeld und Waschpulver gewaschen. Toll, kennt man so von anderen Fewo's gar nicht. Vor allem Frauen werden das zu schätzen wissen. Wir konnten die vielen Traumstrände Cancuns in nur ca. 10 bis 20 Autominuten erreichen, jenachdem an welchem man wollte. Auch viele Tagestouren nach Chichen Itza, Ek Balam, Xcaret, Xelha, Tulum, Isla Mujeres usw haben wir unternommen. Abends konnten wir alle im grossen Pool noch wunderbar erfrischen. Direkt am Eingang von der San Geronimo Wohnanlage gibt es einen EXTRA Minimarkt, der ist 24 Stunden auf , 7 Tage die Woche..sehr bequem. Alles hat eigentlich reibungslos geklappt,..vom Vermieter, Flug...Mietwagen...Touren. Es gibt ja so unendlich viel zu sehen hier in der Umgebung von Cancun, da reichen die 2 Wochen nicht aus....wir kommen wieder und auch gern wieder nach San Geronimo, unserer 2 Heimat!

Villa San Geronimo is our beloved fully furnished house in a secure gated community with Swimming pool, Security, Mini Market (Extra) only 10 minutes by car from the hotel zone in Cancun.
Our housekeeper Estella comes 4 times a week for 3 to 4 hours into the house, cleans, cooks and takes care of you eat to your laundry.
One of our Vw Beetle is also ready for you to rent.
We offer our home to the only reason as a holiday home, because we have to go for one years for personal reasons after Germany.
