Although the restaurant, Cocina y Cantina, is highly rated as one of the top in the area, it exudes an unpretentious, warm and hospitable feel. Many other restaurants, bars and entertainment options are only steps away as the property is nestled between Medano Beach nightlife and the Marina. One of the really special aspects of this location is the lack of the need for a car. How exhilarating it is to be in short walking distance to so many fun venues for music, food and entertainment!
THE RESIDENCE:
We invite you to be one of the first to experience our newly decorated Hacienda 2 bedroom, 21/2 bath residence, a tranquil enclave set in the midst of the vibrant energy of Cabo San Lucas. The 4th floor unit is conveniently situated in Bldg.4 which is close to the Spa, pools and restaurant. One can enjoy a fabulous view of the Cortez Sea and Land's End from the living area and wrap around terrace.
You can leave the world behind as the Sea of Cotez spreads out before you. It affords you a front row view of the vibrant life of Medano Beach with the added advantage of just enough distance for tranquility. But caution, with all the interesting bay life in view, it may be difficult to leave the residence! Whether it's morning, afternoon or evening, the spacious, comfortable terrace affords one opportunity to relax, eat, listen to music, or just take in the amazing view.
Our spacious accommodation has a generous living, dining area with 2 french doors and a huge glass pocket door which opens completely to the terrace. The living area has a large flat screen TV with a 5.1 Bose surround sound system with Blu-ray for a most enjoyable viewing and listening experience.
Of course, you'll want to explore the many dining options Cabo has to offer which are only steps away. However, you can also cook to your heart's delight in the modern, fully equipped kitchen. Whether it's a cozy breakfast in the morning, lite bite for lunch or the kick back home-style dinner, you will find all you need in the gourmet kitchen. It can also meet the needs of a private chef as in-residence private chef services are available.
The master suite offers a lovely panoramic sea view with french doors opening on to the terrace. Lay back and relax while watching the flat screen TV w/ Blu-ray. Taller guests will especially enjoy stretching out on the California King bed for a good night's sleep. The his & hers master bath features an over-sized jacuzzi tub and separate shower stall, and adjoining walk-in closet.
The guest bedroom also has french doors opening to the terrace overlooking the sea. Not to be outdone by the master, it too has a flat screen TV w/ Blu-ray as well as a California King bed. There is a connecting private bathroom with shower.
