'Mayan Waters' is a gorgeous 2130 sq. ft. 3 bedroom, penthouse condo with ocean views located in the beautiful Quinta del Sol complex of enchanting Puerto Aventuras Mexico. During most of the year we will lock off 1 bedroom and lower the rate for smaller groups. NOTE that rates listed are for 3 bedrooms. Contact us for 2 bedroom rates.

The complex includes 2 fabulous swimming pools, chaise lounges for the beach and pool, thatch umbrellas on the beach, off street parking and an elevator.
The condo offers a balanced blend of traditional Mexican charm with modern day convenience and comfort.
The open design of Mayan Waters is ideal for the natural flow of movement and conversation. The spacious full kitchen is well equipped to prepare anything from a refreshing cocktail, to a light snack, or a multi course meal. Granite counter tops, a large breakfast bar with seating for 4, rich mahogany cabinetry and all of the modern appliances ensure the cook in your group is well taken care of.
A wood dining table with seating for 8 is conveniently located between the kitchen and living areas.
The living room has a comfortable sofa and two love seats. Entertainment is provided by a flat screen TV with satellite and a DVD/CD player.
A large slider provides access to the terrace where you will find 2 chaise lounges, a table with 4 chairs, wet bar and a gas grill, inviting you to enjoy your meals al fresco as you contemplate the days activities.
The Master bedroom has a King bed with quality linens beneath a vaulted red brick dome ceiling. An attached bathroom with shower is very tastefully done in marble. A glass slider from the bedroom provides access to the terrace which runs the length of the frontage to connect with the dining and living rooms.
The 1st. Guest bedroom, like the master bedroom, has a King bed under another magnificent dome brick ceiling. Quality linens ensure a comfortable night of rest to inspire restful dreams of warm Caribbean days spent frolicking in those rejuvenating Mayan Waters. The attached bathroom has a bath tub/shower and finished in the same high quality marbles. A sliding glass door opens up to a small terrace where you can enjoy marina & jungle views.
The 2nd Guest bedroom has Twin beds, attached bathroom with shower and vaulted dome ceiling. A Queen air mattress can be set up in this room if requested.
