It has Air Conditioning, TV, Wifi High Speed Internet from FLOW, FLOW Cable TV, Hot water, Electric stove and a small fridge and a complimentary local Digicel Mobile.
It comes standard with ONE bed for two persons but if needed I can arrange a second bed for up to four persons and make you a special offer. Just ask.
Shared route taxis pass by the main road frequently so you can be anywhere in Kingston in a matter of minutes at a very low cost (approx US$0.80 per ride).
The space is quite open, it has a nice litte kitchen with lots of cupboard space. Perfect of an individual or a couple.
It has a full size bed that gets natural light from window. The whole studio is well lit, airy and open with a minimalist decor.
The white walls are accentuated by splashes of colour with the artwork that adorn the walls.
The neighbourhood is quite residential but very close to a main road where route taxis and buses are easy to catch in any direction. Barbican is very central there are three major supermarkets, Loshusan Plaza which is walking distance and Sovereign Centre is not far away.
What makes this place unique is how functional it is with hot water, internet and a working kitchen while being so centrally located uptown and at a very competitive price
Guests will have access to a large parking lot with an automatic gate which is very secure. They will have access to the gardens as well as the clothes lines in the back for doing laundry.
I have minimal interaction with guests though my amazing and friendly assistant and myself are only a phone call away. Just let us know if you need anything at all.
