The spacious living room a large mullioned window is imposed spectacularly from wall to wall with its stone columns of Istria, offering guests, accommodated in the spacious sofas, a direct contact with the ever-changing lights and the whole atmosphere of the Venetian court below . This sunny sitting room is the heart of the apartment: special and versatile, able to transform itself from airy balcony in cozy place to conversations, thanks to the mirror position of the two sofas, or in cozy TV room with Bose sound system, TV LED 40 "and Bluray player. Any transformation of the environment in the bedroom is guaranteed by the darkening screen and comfortable sofa beds (20 cm mattresses - three seats available.) The large master bedroom features a full wall with floral design scenic and there is a comfortable sofa bed placed another smaller size. care in design is evident everywhere in the furniture and lamps, carefully chosen to marry the new with the old. Air-conditioning (in all rooms), washing machine, dryer wall and big equipped kitchen complete the amenities of home comfort at 360 °. the terrace at the top of the building the visitor can finally enjoy a magnificent panorama over the rooftops of Venice and the Campanile of St. Mark.

Caratterizzato da una grande finestra a 3 archi e colonnine in pietra dIstria è al secondo piano di un antico Palazzo nel sestiere di San MarcO, Elegante ingresso e soggiorno con 3 divani letto singoli, cucina, spaziosa camera matrimoniale, bagno, terrazzo sul tetto.
Il grande tavolo da pranzo è ideale per organizzare cene conviviali. Impianto audio Bose, per lascolto della musica o per vedere la Tv su schermo led 40 con lettore Bluray.
La cura nel design risulta evidente ovunque nel mobilio e nelle lampade, scelte accuratamente per sposare il nuovo con l'antico.

A 1 minuto c'è il Ponte dell'Accademia sul Canal Grande, da cui si gode di uno scorcio panoramico straordinario, tra i più belli di Venezia.
