Recently completed, its restoration has been done meticulously and elegantly by the owner, the interior designer Ilaria Miani. The spacious living room has been cleverly conceived with every comfort in mind and is both light and full of character. The stainless steel kitchen area is extremely well equipped and fabulous soft sofas custom manufactured in England are perfect for relaxing and reading after a day exploring Venice on foot! Light pours into the living and dining areas from the two sets of French windows where one can watch the activity of the boats below and at night one can enjoy the lapping of the water and the occasional chug of a water taxi bringing people home.
Throughout the apartment rich and vibrant colours have been used so no two rooms are the same and each of the bedrooms and bathrooms has a character all of its own. Superb beds with the very best linen add to one’s enjoyment of a stay at Calle delle Erbe> The stone panelled bathrooms are state of the art with luxurious toiletries and fluffy towels. There is underfloor heating throughout the apartment and all the usual modern facilities to ensure that guests can thoroughly enjoy a stay in both summer and winter.

On Giudecca Island one can stroll with ease along the water front stopping for drinks at one of the small, unpretentious bars before going home for dinner in the comfort of your own apartment..
