The magnificent modern pool has been built inside an antique 'vasca' from the 19 century to keep its original structure, unique in its kind. It is surrounded by big gardens with summer beds, plants, olive trees and roses and overlooks the Tuscan and Umbrian hills.
The villa is suitable for a single group or a group of seperate families and friends who would prefer more privacy as the property can be devided into several self-contained apartments due to its various independent entrances.
The main area is composed of a charming living/dining room with a big country kitchen and summer dining pergola where the whole group can gather together.

Recently a well-planned restoration has transformed the casa padronale, the former tobacco drying house and the barn in a residence full of elegance and charm with antique terracotta floors, beamed ceilings and original country furniture.
The accomodation which can be rented besides the casa padronale is described as follows:
The former tobacco drying house has been restored and renovated to create a completely independent and characteristic apartment, sleeping 4-5. There are two spacious sleeping rooms each with kingsize bed, one has an additional single bed, big separate living space with sat-tv, cd-stereo, dvd, big library, table, kitchen corner with fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, kettler, etc. There is a large bathroom with full size bath, shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
In the same part of the house there is another big double bed room, our suite, with separate entrance. This bedroom has its own large living space with sat-tv, cd-stereo, dvd, library, fridge for your drinks, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
The barn is a independent apartment with a double bedroom with king size bed, own separate living area with sat-tv, cd-stereo, dvd, library, sofabed, small kitchen with fridge, hop. There is a spacious bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
For social gatherings, the ground floor of the barn has been converted to a living room which opens onto the large country kitchen, very well equipped, with family sized fridge and freezer, microwave, oven and dishwasher. The kitchen doors open to a wonderful summer dining pergola situated in the garden which is covered with vines. Seating is for up to 10-12 people with its’ own bbq.
Just imagine sitting sipping your cool glass of white wine whilst the men do the cooking for a change!
The lounge contains a pull out double bed for those extra guests complete with bathroom, toilet, sink and shower.
