This has a fire for any chilly evenings. Throughout there is a tasteful blend of antique and modern furniture and interesting art. With three double rooms the villa comfortably sleeps six. In the kitchen you will find the full range of modern appliances the enthusiastic cook expects.
The villa also features two bathrooms with showers. Water is solar heated, backed up by gas. The washing machine and tumble dryer make doing laundry simple. There is a large portico for relaxing away from the midday sun, for al fresco dining and barbecuing. For those with excess energy to burn off there is a folding table tennis table. This beautiful curved 14x6 metre pool, with a straight swimming lane for serious swimmers, is environmentally friendly and flanked by two ponds. It has spacious, attractive decking and is located below and well away from the main farmhouse.
A further unique attraction is a challenging four hole golf course which with 7 tees (and five bunkers) plays as 12 different holes. Ideal for family golf; clubs for adults and children can be rented from the owner, who will also offers lessons for the novice.
