The interior is very well furnished and cosy with "terracotta" floors and exposed beam ceiling. Ground floor: lounge and dining room with fireplace, kitchen, 1 bathroom. First floor: 5 bedrooms (3 double, 1 triple, 1 single with fireplace), lounge with fireplace, 2 bathrooms. The house is situated in a farming estate of 35 hectares of wood and olive groves where you can have lovely walks in an unspoilt and enchanting nature. The huge garden (2 hectares) is completely fenced and there are kids outdoor games (swing and see-saw). Taking into consideration that is completely fenced our house is especially suitable for pets. In front of the main building there is a porch with a large dining table and an original wood burning oven (great for pizza!). The biological farm produces extra virgin olive oil and offers its guests not polluting detergents and solar panels for hot water. Occasionally the owners, who live in Rome, stay for a few days in a small house, with independent access, close to the villa. You will have the property completely to yourself (the sporadic visit of the owners will be barely noticed).
