It spreads over two floors with private entrance and attention to every detail so our guests feel at home, enjoying every comfort. There is a large garden with pool.

On the first floor a living room with fireplace, satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen, simplifying the stay of guests as much as possible (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven). One bedroom with antique wooden carved bed (that belonged to a count) and bathroom with shower. The second floor creates a beautiful view on the first floor with a beautiful wooden loft. It consists of a bedroom, also furnished with original antique furniture. A beautiful four-poster bed and 2 single beds with orthopedic mattresses. Furthermore,there is a bathroom with whirlpool. The house is fully airconditioned.
The old farmhouse from the 18th century is situated on a hilltop with stunning views over a large meadow, the old pine trees, (symbol of the village Ramazzano) and a forest where you`ll find tables, chairs and hammocks and barbecues. We Cultivate olive trees, vines, fruits and vegetables and produce our oil and wine using traditional and ancient methods. There is an orchard and organic garden.
The property is surrounded by forests, where you can see "wild animals" like deer, foxes, wild boars etc.
There are many hiking trails (from 20 minutes to several hours) leading to very beautiful places in the country and over the hills.
There is a large swimming pool available, green fields equipped with tables and chairs, toys for children, mountain bikes. In the forest of the house you can walk and for the more experienced horse riding is possible.
The property stretches to a wide area of approximately 15 acres of land, with automatic gates (you will receive as a remote control). There are plenty of opportunities for relaxation, hiking, or sunbathing on one of the many lawns.
