The Fontanaro estate contains a beautifully restored two story stone farmhouse with two separate luxury villas. Located in Umbria, "the green heart of Italy" on the border of Tuscany, "the property is set on 40 acres with 2.000 olive trees and a small vineyard of old Sangiovese's grapes. The view lends itself to rolling green hills facing breathtaking sunsets and sunrise like a Perugino's painting.
The farm house, built in 1893, is beautifully restored with modern comforts. It is surrounded by a large grass lawn with lemon trees, an extensive collection of old English roses, a great variety of many flowers and a vegetable garden. There is a bread oven, a Weber barbecue and a large private Infinity swimming pool with high-performance salt chlorinator (14 x 6m- 46 x 19,6ft ) with a maxi Jacuzzi.
The two cozy villas, named Frantoio and Leccino, are adjacent to the main house. Both have their own private patio and garden. Each villa is fully furnished and decorated with tasteful Umbrian touches, is approximately 60 sq mt (540 sq. ft.) and has a large living room with SKY satellite TV and WI-FI access, a well equipped kitchen corner and fireplace, plus a large bedroom with king-size bed and a comfortable, modern bathroom with shower. Linens, pool towels, hair dryer, kettle, cooking pots and pans, dish washer, microwave oven, CD player, washing machine, cellular phone, and final cleaning are all furnished to render your vacation complete. Pets are permitted on request.
