All the hamlet dates back to 600. Consisting of four buildings renovated about a decade ago in respect of the original materials, all in stone with old terracotta floors. There is a main building, the Manor House , where the owners live. Both houses dedicated to leaseholds - Stalletta and Dryer - are elegantly furnished with simple furniture. A retrofit the whole there is a communal pool with views over the whole valley. Pereto is ideally located for walking and hiking.

L 'dryer has an area of 196 square meters. E' consists of 3 double bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom, a shared bathroom, a living room with fireplace and huge window with a beautiful view of the surrounding hills, a full equipped kitchen and an outside porch where you can do both lunch siesta.

The Stallina has an area of approx. 102. E 'consists of 4 bedrooms (one double bed in one room and a double bed on a mezzanine), a bathroom, a lounge with fireplace and a kitchenette.
