Villa Montaperti born as a country residence of the noble family Leonori. It bears witness to the origins of a small mausoleum in the picturesque church of 1700 , which is still consecrated and adjacent to the villa.
The villa is located on a small hill from where you can admire the unique and picturesque Tuscan countryside with steeples and towers of Volterra to 'horizon, while comfortably relaxing on the deck at the edge del'ampia pool (14 x 7 meters). In front of the villa you will find at your disposal, the gravel terrace , large garden-grove and gazebo where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful views while you enjoy a good glass of wine or enjoy the products of Tuscan cuisine. quiet location and original in a ancient and tiny hamlet in the middle of a farm that produces wine, olive oil and jams.

Ground floor: entrance hall, dining room, large country style kitchen (oven, small microwave, small electric oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine) with a large fireplace and table, small pantry, a master bedroom with private bathroom with shower ( window), bathroom with shower.
First floor: corridor with small balcony, five double bedrooms, four with en suite bathrooms and one with private bath, each room has a walk-in glass shower.
Second floor: five double bedrooms of which four with en-suite bathroom and one outside, all facilities are equipped with walk-in glass shower. The second floor rooms are all equipped with air conditioning. In an annex to 10m: large living room with different 'corners', fireplace, TV-SAT and table games.
