The farm is composed of the house of the owner and the house for agritourism. The owners live on the property and are discrete but are available to give clients any information ( tourist or otherwise ) or help whenever requested.
It is ideal for a relaxing vacation in a rural and friendly ambient. A zone immersed in the green countryside far from noises, traffic and city smog. The accomodations are comfortable, homey and spacious and are surrounded by a large garden area with secular olive trees and a picnic zone. The opportunities for recreation are numerous, one can swim in the pool, play volleyball, ping pong, bocce, go jogging or for a bike ride, take a walk in the woods or along the country roads or just do nothing at all except relax in the sun and listen to the birds singing and enjoy the natural surroundings. On the property there is a small lake and wooded areas with evergreen trees. .

The villa consists of 2 separate apartments with private entrances to both. The villa can be rented out entirely for 12 persons or each floor can be rented separately for 6 persons each. For occupation of 6 persons or less it is necessary to specify the apartment desired at the moment of the request . Contact the owner for prices .
The groundfloor apartment consists of 3 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom w/shower (in room),1 bathroom with shower/bathtub, fully equipped kitchen , livingroom/diningroom. All the bedrooms exit out to the parking area so there is easy access for persons with limited mobility. Gazebo with table & chairs in the front, Picnic area with gazebo with tables and chairs and barbeque in the back . Volleyball field and washing machine.
The 1st floor apartment consists of 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom w/shower (in room), 1 bathroom with shower/bathtub, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, livingroom,. 3 terraces connecting to bedrooms and front entrance and room on roof with a large terrace..
There are 2 swimming pools with tables ,chairs, umbrellas and beach chairs , gazebo with tables and chairs, pingpong table, volley ball & bocce courts and mountainbikes.
The apartments are completely furnished with a well equipped kitchen with microwave,coffee makers,toaster, refrigerator w/freezer, stove w/oven, dishes, pots and pans,etc. Washing machine,irons and ironing boards
We are in a strategic location, Pisa (airport with low cost flights) is about 20 km from here, Livorno (port with connections to the islands) 20 km. Both cities have train stations.
It is a perfect base for excursions to the principal art centers of Tuscany , Florence(50,min by car),Lucca, San Gimignano and Volterra , etc. are all easily reached via main roads close by. There are many other towns in the area, each one different and worth visiting.
The beaches of Tirrenia and Marina di Pisa are only about 12 km from here. Vada with its white sand and Castiglioncello are also very popular.
Nearby in the surrounding towns there are tennis courts, horseback riding,golf courses, thermal baths,beauty farms and fishing lakes.
In the characteristic restaurants and wine cellars of the zone one can savor the typical tuscany dishes and its excellent wines.
