It is located roughly thirty meters from the Poggio Diavolino Agritourism�s main house (Suvereto, Tuscany). The apartment is surrounded by lawns, olive and oak trees.
This holiday home has two rooms consisting of a spacious living room with a sofa bed and furnished kitchen, double bedroom and a bathroom for a total of roughly 42 meters.
The apartment comes with air-conditioning in both the bedroom and living-room. Outside the house the terrace has a barbecue, garden table and chairs and outdoor lounge chairs with umbrella.
The Coach-House is a 42 sq.m. big holiday home composed of a spacious living room with a sofa bed and furnished kitchen, a bathroom and a double bedroom for a total of 4 persons.

This apartment, which has been completely renovated, takes its name from the fact that in the past the structure was used for repairing carts and wagons. This can be seen by its linear form and rectangular shape. On the south side of the house the ancient wall is still clearly recognizable.
