Fonte di Sotto has a floor area of 120 sq m. The 22 sq m porch is equipped with table and chairs and armchairs. It can accommodate up to 6 people. Guests have the use of three double rooms, two of which can be arranged with a double bed. The apartment has two bathrooms, one with bathtub and one with a large shower (140 cm long).The kitchen contains an electric oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher and everything you need for dining. In the utility room you will find a washing machine, cleaning products, drying rack, iron and iron The heating/cooling system provides an optimum temperature inside the apartment.
Those who choose to stay at Poggio la Croce can use the big pool with saltwater (5x18 meters and 1.40 meters deep) for a refreshing swim and enjoy the summer evenings, starry skies, and fresh clean air with a background woodland sounds.
