Very tranquill and private, in the middle of 12 ha of land with olive trees and easy walking paths in the middle of the woods, it is possible to go on mountain bike almost everywhere. The hill since 2009 is closed to hunting and you can see many birds and small animals during the day and the night. It is the ideal place for families with children. The view is stunning over the leaning tower of Pisa, the walled city of Lucca and the surrounding hills.
It is great at sunset to chill with a glass of wine in the big covered terraces where there is a very large dinner table with chairs and a sofa. The house is on two floors: a kitchen with fire place, fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher. Lounge with two comfortable sofa (one become a double bed)), television , satellite, dvd, wife, telephone and a table sitting 8 people. One large bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, One bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with twin beds that can become a double. One bathroom with shower and one bathroom with tub and shower. Washing machine, Pizza oven, barbecue, wooden lounge chair in the garden to lye in the sun and in front of the kitchen a pergola where to eat breakfast in the morning.
