Thanks to its strategic position, the house is an excellent starting point for day trips to Volterra, Siena, Florence or other characteristic hamlets in the Chianti area as well as ideal for walks or horse-rides on the paths which wind along the woods and the countryside. The restoration work has been carefully carried out with taste, respecting the ancient materials and the original structure but with all the modern comforts: the house has air conditioning in all the rooms except for the bedroom with twin beds, satellite TV, hi-fi, dvd player and wi-fi Internet connection included in the price. Outside, the guests can enjoy a covered veranda equipped for outdoor meals and a paved solarium area in front of the entrance as well as a large lawn where to relax with a splendid view of the countryside. The laundry area is found in a small room (washing machine, clothes-horse, iron board and iron). An additional bed is available on request included in the price. Central heating. Private car park. ACCOMMODATION: (190 m2) Gr. Fl.: dining room with fireplace, kitchenette (dishwasher, freezer, electric oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, orange squeezer), some steps lead up to the living room with fireplace. The lower floor is reached through a spiral staircase where there is a double bedroom with wardrobe and 1 bathroom with bath. Going further down a couple of steps, there is 1 bedroom with two beds leading onto the garden and 1 bathroom with bath and the laundry room (also accessible from outside).
