It offers guests complete privacy in a secluded, peaceful location yet it is only 15 kilometres from Central Florence and within walking distance of the village of San Casciano. For those looking for the ultimate in rest and relaxation, the property has a private pool and wonderful gardens to enjoy. However it is also perfectly placed for those looking to spend their holiday visiting the very best that Tuscany has to offer.
Guests enter the property via a covered terrace. The terrace has a large outdoor table and chairs, perfect for al fresco dining and for drinks with friends and family well into the night! There is a large entrance hall as you enter the property with steps leading down into a traditional farmhouse kitchen, well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge and freezer. Steps on the other side of the entrance hall lead down to a large living area with sofas arranged around a central coffee table. There is a stereo for listening to music, DVD player and TV with basic satellite channels. A dining table seats 8-10 guests.
As guests make their way upstairs, there is a small downstairs cloakroom with sink and toilet. Upstairs there are five bedrooms. Three of these are double rooms and two are twin rooms. An additional bed can be placed in one of the twin rooms if required. Each of the bedrooms has it's own character and style. There are three bathrooms. One bathroom has a shower whilst the other two have baths, each with overhead shower. All of the bathrooms are large and spacious.
Outside there is a swimming pool with views over the vineyards. Gardens and fields surround all four sides of the property. There is plenty of outdoor furniture and seating areas to enjoy.
The property does not have air conditioning and so guests are advised to keep the windows closed during the day which keeps the property nice and cool. There are also fans in each of the bedrooms if required.
