Situated at the meeting place of Tuscany, Umbria and Lazio, the three most beautiful regions in Italy, the house is on the slopes of Monte Cetona. The surrounding landscape where the sand and clay has been eroded appears almost lunar. A few kilometers from the house is San Casciano dei Bagni, famous in Roman times for its health- giving thermal waters. There are spacious grounds around the house and the oak and holm-oak woods guarantee its privacy. The swimming pool is in a lovely sunny position just a few meters from the building. The interior decoration and fittings are of a good standard. Spacious portico with table and chairs. The farmhouse is reached by a country road of 1,7 Km.
