The owners have carried out a rigorous and accurate renovation using only materials of the surroundings, respecting and guaranteeing a structure that respects the rules of bio-architecture.
The sitting areas have been renovated with great detail. They have antique furniture, (some dating back to the 16th century), antique ornaments, paintings, doors, engravings and Persian carpets. In addition, the house has all the modern amenities making you feel very comfortable during your stay in this wonderful villa.
Each room has its own heating and air conditioning.
The villa has an exclusive perimeter and an alarm that is connected to the police by radio and telephone. The code number and password are changed weekly.
Illumination of each room is equipped with a bio-circuit breaker for disconnecting power. Eliminating voltage when all the lights are off allows freedom of magnetic fields when you are asleep.
